What we are looking for:
We currently have opportunities for experienced knowledgeable full-time Field Service Technician/Mechanics to join our Otorohanga branch, joining a team of experienced tech’s.
Our field and workshop based service mechanics are highly respected with a vast knowledge of the workings of tractor and farm machinery. We are now looking for individuals who have an understanding of the modern tractor and associated electronics who are willing and able to join our high-performing team in what is a stellar organisation.
As one of our valued service mechanics the role provides variety, requires a methodical approach, the ability to problem solve and a customer service focus. In return, as this team is well-established, the wealth of knowledge and experience you will have a your disposal to ensure you are supported at all levels and set-up to succeed. What you will have:
- Service work experience on agricultural tractors and machinery.
- Qualified diesel/heavy machinery mechanic (or you may be a qualified auto mechanic who has had exposure to the agricultural world and is willing to learn).
- Diagnosing / fault-finding skills.
- High standards of workmanship with the ability to complete accurate paperwork.
- A customer-centric focus with the ability to execute high-level customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously, bringing solid time management skills.
- Maturity, sound work ethic and high-level communication skills.
