What we are looking for:
We currently have a unique opportunity to join our Taupō team as a full-time Parts & Service Coordinator. This is a multifaceted and busy role that is the lynch pin between our customers and our small team of Field Service Technicians – coordinating, scheduling and invoicing repair and service jobs as well as arranging any required outwork. Importantly, this role involves identifying, ordering and distributing tractor and machinery parts to our technicians and customers, as well as parts stock management, logistics, receipting and invoicing. Based in our Taupo branch office, this role assists with the day to day running of the branch including reception and general office duties.

What you will have:
You will need to be confident coordinating all parts and service-related activities and have excellent customer service skills and phone manner. You will need to be able to work independently and be able to work with interruptions, deadlines and multi-task while being able to maintain a professional and friendly manner.
We'd like you to be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of the Office Suite. The role includes multiple responsibilities on a variety of systems, all of which you will be guided through whilst you learn.
- A strong customer service focus.
- A mechanical interest in agricultural equipment and be willing and able to learn new skills
- Experience with stock control.
- Administrative experience in an office setting.
- Great verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good judgement and adaptability.
- Self-motivated and confident in their own ability.
- Strong organisation and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and reprioritise when necessary to adapt to constant (and sometimes conflicting) demands.
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
