What we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Workshop Team Leader/ Foreman for our Otorohanga Dealership.
Someone who is confident managing and coordinating all service related activities in a workshop. The person must have tractor and farm machinery experience. A sound knowledge and understanding of the modern tractor and electronics would be desirable. Strong leadership is a must along with the ability to manage and organise staff as well as meet deadlines and targets. Ultimately, we want someone who is a team leader who will work consistently to ensure all work is carried out effectively, efficiently and in a manner that enhances the GAZ reputation and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get dirty.

What you will have:
- Service work experience on agricultural tractors and machinery and passion for the Agricultural industry.
- Qualified diesel/heavy machinery mechanic (or you may be a qualified auto mechanic who has had exposure to the agricultural world and is willing to learn).
- High standards of workmanship with the ability to complete accurate paperwork.
- A mature attitude, team player with a high work ethic, honesty and empathy with customers and staff
- Maturity, sound work ethic and high-level communication skills.
