What we are looking for:
We currently have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team based out of the Cambridge Branch. This role works closely with the Workshop Foreman scheduling work flow and driving productivity of our workshop and therefore the results of both the parts and service departments. You will act as the key contact between GAZ and our branch workshop customers for repairs and maintenance, servicing and aftersales accessory fitment while delivering quality service to all customers whilst also taking ownership of general branch admin tasks.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills and phone manner, whilst still being able to juggle your day-to-day tasks. That said, this is a great role with plenty to keep you occupied and a super team to keep you motivated and happy in your work. Whilst we are looking for an experienced admin, if you are a junior but think you have what it takes, please don’t hesitate to make contact as training is provided.
We’d like you to be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of the Office Suite. The role includes multiple responsibilities on a variety of systems, all of which you will be guided through whilst you learn but importantly, you’ll need to be able to work with interruptions, deadlines and multi-task while being able to maintain a professional and friendly manner. Hours are based on a standard 40-hour week.

- Be mechanically savvy.
- Great communication skills, good judgement and adaptability.
- Self-motivated and confident in their own ability.
- Strong organisation and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and reprioritise when necessary to adapt to constant (and sometimes conflicting) demands.
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
